7ebdt Terms & Conditions — Rules of Use for Bangladesh Players

Access to and use of the 7ebdt platform is conditional upon your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Your acceptance is indicated by any of the following actions:

• Completing the account registration process on 7ebdt and ticking the confirmation checkbox.
• Making a deposit or placing a bet via the 7ebdt platform for the first time.
• Continuing to use the platform after any updated version of these Terms has been published and brought to your attention.

If you are accessing 7ebdt on behalf of another person or entity, you warrant that you have full authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. Personal account use is the default; commercial or third-party use requires prior written approval from 7ebdt management.

To register and maintain an active account on 7ebdt, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be aged 18 years or older. 7ebdt enforces a strict minimum age policy and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
• You must be accessing the platform as a private individual and not on behalf of any unlicensed commercial gambling operation.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion agreement, either voluntary or court-ordered, that prohibits you from using gambling services.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not currently hold more than one 7ebdt account. If a previous account was closed or suspended, you must obtain written approval from 7ebdt before opening a new one.

7ebdt reserves the right to conduct age verification checks on any account at any time. During a verification review, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until identity documents are confirmed. All financial transactions on 7ebdt are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following rules govern deposits, withdrawals and the general handling of player funds on the platform.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place bets or exploit games in a manner not available to standard users.
• Exploiting technical errors, software glitches or miscalculated odds to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a platform error will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the 7ebdt platform primarily as a channel for moving funds rather than for genuine recreational gambling.
• Sharing account credentials with any third party or allowing another person to place bets under your account.
• Threatening, harassing or using abusive language toward 7ebdt staff, support agents or other users via any communication channel.
• Attempting to access parts of the 7ebdt platform that are not intended for public access, including administrative panels or back-end systems.
• Deliberately attempting to manipulate sporting events on which you have placed or intend to place bets on 7ebdt.

All content on the 7ebdt platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, sounds, animations and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 7ebdt or its licensed content partners (including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe and Ezugi).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 7ebdt platform for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or republish any portion of the 7ebdt platform or its content without prior written permission.
• Modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works based on any 7ebdt content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any software component of the 7ebdt platform.
• Use any 7ebdt trademark, brand name, logo or trade dress in any manner without express written authorisation.
• Frame, scrape or systematically extract data from the 7ebdt platform for commercial purposes.

Any unauthorised use of 7ebdt's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may expose you to civil or criminal liability. The 7ebdt platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 7ebdt makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the platform operates reliably and securely, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation at all times.

Either party — you as the player or 7ebdt as the operator — may close a 7ebdt account, subject to the conditions set out below.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from them, including non-contractual disputes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and 7ebdt, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Informal Resolution: Contact 7ebdt customer support at [email protected] with a clear written description of your complaint. The support team will acknowledge your complaint within two business days and aim to resolve it within ten business days of receipt.
• Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If the informal resolution process does not produce an outcome satisfactory to you within 28 days, you may escalate the matter to a formal written complaint addressed to 7ebdt management via the same support email. Management will review the matter and provide a final written position within 14 business days.
• Step 3 — Binding Arbitration: If the dispute remains unresolved after the formal complaint process, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration conducted in English, with each party bearing its own legal costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

You agree that any claim against 7ebdt must be brought in your individual capacity and not as part of a class action or group claim. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer where such rights are protected by applicable law.

7ebdt reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time and for any reason, including changes to applicable law, updates to the platform's product offering, or improvements to how we communicate our policies to players in Bangladesh.

When material changes are made to these Terms, 7ebdt will notify registered players by email to the address registered on the account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the 7ebdt platform for a period of at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the 7ebdt platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly so that you are aware of the current version in effect. The date shown in the "Last Updated" field at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. If you do not agree with any amended version of these Terms, you must stop using the 7ebdt platform and close your account as described in Section 9 above.
